Shipping and Returns Policy
In light of our commitment to provide unparalleled customer service, all of our shipments go out within 1 business day, and many of them ship the same day. International customers are strongly encouraged to use Priority Mail or Express Mail. USPS First-Class mail is treated as regular post, and will not be scanned upon delivery to the destination country. If you choose First-Class mail, be aware that in some cases delivery has taken up to 45 days.
If there is a problem with the product you ordered, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not process refunds or exchanges for items returned without a RMA. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Again, contact our customer service team to get a RMA. You will be responsible for all shipping charges related to your exchange in this case. If an item is returned for a refund without defect, we may impose a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. The item, including all packaging, must be in like new condition when we receive the shipment. Package your returns appropriately.
